Media Elibri, whose head office is located in Montreal, Canada, supplies its customers with the creation of personalized novels sold through the following website: http://www.mynovel.ca.

The content here below aims to define the general conditions of the use of the services provided by Media Elibri.

The here below general sales conditions are to be considered as a contract that links the customer to Media Elibri for any order placed through one of the websites registered as a trademark of Media Elibri.

Any individual placing an order on the website acknowledges the hereby general sales conditions. By agreeing to pay, the customer acknowledges and accepts the hereby sales conditions without any reserve.

Right of withdrawal:

Once the product is ordered, the customer has seven days to use his right of withdrawal toward Media Elibri.

Each cancellation or refund request has to be done via e-mail to the Customer Care service.

Content of the Questionnaires:

The customer is entirely and solely liable for the content of the questionnaires they fill in on the e-commerce websites of Media Elibri, and for the consequences that may ensue. Thus, the customer has to guarantee not to transmit any content that may be considered offensive, libelous, racist, xenophobic, revisionist, that incites hatred toward a person or a group because of their origins or belonging or not-belonging to: a determined nation, race, ethnic group or religion; that breaches the peace, that can be punishable by the Law, that holds an extremist character or one that belongs to groups that are prohibited by the Law, that is inciting: crime, suicide, terrorism; or praises: offence, crime, suicide, terrorism, war crimes or crimes against humanity; or that is contrary to good standards of behaviour or human dignity.

Changes operated by the customer:

It is impossible to modify the content of a questionnaire after its validation.

However the changes of delivery address will be accepted at any time before the book is printed providing that it does not change the final price of the order. To change the delivery address, please state clearly the reference number of the book and make your request via E-mail.

Delivery :

The items are shipped according to the chosen option (priority mail, colissimo, chronopost) and to the address provided by the co-author. A shipment notification will be sent to the customer via E-mail (if we have been given his e-mail address). Any Canadian requesting another shipment after a package is returned to us by the carrier with the mentions 'incorrect address', 'uncollected parcel' or 'does not live at this address' will be invoiced $16.

Payment terms :

Price policy The current price is the one indicated on the date the order is placed.

Our prices are displayed in $CAN, GST is not included.

The orders, with or without options, can be placed directly on the website of Média Elibri.

The total amount of the order can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

The payment by credit card on any website of Média Elibri is a secure payment operated by a trustworthy bank operator and it does not give us the bank details of our customers.

The order will be final after the bank details’ validation. This last 'click' will be considered as the digital signature as per Canadian right.

After the registration for a credit card payment on our website, the bank operator sends the customer the payment receipt.Please keep and/or print that E-mail as proof of payment for your order.

An E-mail confirming your order is sent by Média Elibri for any order.

Any book which has been received by a customer and which is not compliant with the questionnaire or contains printing defaults must be returned to our head office. Média Elibri agrees to replace any books that includes such defaults.

The customer has a three month deadline at his disposal to notify us of any mistakes in the text or in the design of the books.

Confidentiality- nominative information

Protection of personal information

The information provided by the User in the questionnaire is only used for the creation of the personalized novel of the user.

Média Elibri will not use this data for anything aside from the creation of the personalized novel ordered by the User and will destroy the questionnaire as well as the leaflet used to realize the novel on simple written demand. Média Elibri respect the rules of confidentiality and privacy. Moreover, we have a signed engagement toward the CNIL (National Commission for Data Protection), which prevents us from using any kind of provided information. Only one person, bound by professional secrecy, will take care of processing your novel and your information.

The information given by the User will not be transmitted or used by any other third person expect by the suppliers required for the book processing.

The data mentionned on the order form can be re-used by Média Elibri (for promotional purposes), but will never be transmitted to a third person.

According to the data processing law (specific law in Canada that regulates the use of computer science, more especially the Internet, and provides limits to what can and cannot be done regarding information on people), you have the right to access, modify, rectify or suppress any data on your subject. The automatic treatment of the nominative information by the company;

Applicable Law

Média Elibri is a Canadian company submitted to Canadian Law. The applicable law in any contract with Média Elibri is Canadian Law.
